Doctor Sarah K. Ghayouri was chosen as one of America’s top doctors in 2008. She has practiced medicine in Georgia since 1995 when she founded her Snellville doctor's practice.

Richard Medlin, M.D.
Doctor Medlin completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. He then completed an Emergency Medicine Residency and a Toxicology Research Fellowship at Carolina Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. After practicing private practice emergency medicine in rural North Carolina, Doctor Medlin spent a year abroad, practicing and teaching emergency medicine in Australia and New Zealand. The doctor then moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 2004. He joined Doctor Ghayouri at Snellville Primary Care and is accepting new patients at this time.
Doctor Medlin will see urgent care complaints in patients older than 18 years of age, including minor orthopedics and suturing lacerations. He will also see patients for routine primary care, including routine well-care, travel medicine, coordination of care with other physicians and management of common medical diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, elevated cholesterol, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
In his spare time, Doctor Medlin enjoys hiking, music and photography.
